Despite the freight rate increase of $0.29/t in the Black Sea, the Global CFI has sagged by another $0.14/t after Apr 19. The downturn has been primarily caused by the ongoing decline in Baltic coaster rates (the Lower Baltic CFI has dropped by $0.52/t and the Gulf of Finland CFI by $0.69/t).
