Demand for small-tonnage fleet is relatively stable in the Mediterranean Sea. Meanwhile, the list of open vessels keeps growing in both EMed and WMed due to the inflow of tonnage from the Black Sea region. However, owners resist the rate decline due to a rapid upturn in bunker prices.
