The Baltic & Continent coaster market is so far showing low pace of trade due in part to ongoing holidays in Russia. Spot tonnage list has generally increased slightly and owners got a bit more pliable. However, rates have not dropped considerably so far, just €1-3/t down. Owners seek to keep the market on their side. Note that ice conditions are so far mild in the Gulf of Finland, with only minimal restrictions introduced:
