Having stabilized for a short period, the pace of trade has decreased again on the Black Sea market due to a gradual decline in offer of grains, as well as of fertilizers and minerals. At the same time, spot tonnage list is on the rise. Even the inclusion of Ukrainian and Russian waters in the list of war risk areas did not help owners to keep rates stable, although they increasingly prefer to focus on the Mediterranean market.
