Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Targets Internal Reforms in Front End of New Medium-Term Management Plan

As part of its new medium-term management plan beginning this April, Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corp. (MCHC; TYO:4188) is dividing its strategy for the coming five years into two phases. This will see MCHC proceed through the first two years under the company’s present makeup, with a new structure headed by incoming president Jean-Marc Gilson then being set to formulate a strategy for the three-year back end of the plan.
