摘要

All-solid electrolytic-electrochemical hybrid capacitors were fabricated and tested for use in implantable cardioverter defibrillators. A device capable of operating at 200 V with an energy density of 6.0 J/cc was produced. A three-cell capacitor stack capable of operating at 700 V was produced. Data showed that there is no major performance penalty associated with the use of solid electrolytes.
