EU issues completeness check of glyphosate dossier

The EU's Assessment Group on Glyphosate (AGG) has informed the Glyphosate Renewal Group (GRG), comprising nine agrochemical companies, that the new scientific dossier that it had submitted for the herbicide is complete and admissible. That means that the dossier meets the applicable requirements provided by the EU Plant Protection Regulation. The AGG, including rapporteur member states, issued the completeness notification last month. The GRG submitted the scientific dossier in support of its application for EU renewal of glyphosate in June.
