Valagro opens R&D hub in Italy

Syngenta biostimulants subsidiary Valagro has inaugurated its research centre at its headquarters in Abruzzo, Italy. The 3,600 m~2 facility houses 12 laboratories, a “growth room”, conference and classrooms, warehouses. It includes over 1,000 m~2 on the roof of the building dedicated to greenhouses, equipped with “cutting-edge” technologies and divided into four compartments (agronomy, physiology, pathology, spray area).
