Agro-100 fully acquires Axter Agroscience

Canadian fertiliser company Agro-100 (Joliette, Quebec) has fully acquired St-Hilaire-based biostimulants business, Axter Agroscience. The development follows Agro-100 acquiring a majority stake in the latter’s business in January.
