Syngenta IPO review resumed by Shanghai exchange

The Chinese Shanghai Stock Exchange has resumed the review of the issuance and listing of The Syngenta Group’s planned initial public offering (IPO). The exchange suspended the review earlier this month citing expiry of the financial information recorded in the application documents. Financial information included in a company’s IPO prospectus is valid up to six months, according to China’s securities regulator.
