Bayer’s crop protection sales rise 13% in Q3

Bayer’s Crop Science division recorded 12.9% rise in crop protection sales to €2,125 million ($2,456.6 million at the current rate) in its third quarter ended September 30th. The figure includes sales of herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and revenues under “other” business, which is dominated by seed treatments, besides oilseed rape and cotton seeds.
