Hikal’s Q2 crop protection sales double

The crop protection division of Indian company Hikal more than doubled (104.3%) its sales to Rs 1,900 million ($25.3 million at the current rate) for its second fiscal quarter ended September 30th 2021. Consolidated sales, including those of its pharmaceutical division, improved by 26.1% to settle at Rs 4,690 million ($62.5 million). The share of crop protection in the company’s revenues expanded substantially to 40.5% (25% during last year’s corresponding period).
