Biotalys planning to launch Belgian IPO

The Belgian biologicals company, Biotalys (Ghent), is looking to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO) at Belgium's Brussels Stock Exchange. While the price range will be disclosed once the offering is expected to commence, a couple of Belgian investors have committed to purchase shares of the company worth €10 million ($12.2 million at the current rate) if certain conditions are met. The company has raised €62.8 million ($76.7 million) since its inception in 2013.
