START WITH WHY

In 2009 a little known book called Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action was released. Within a few years that book, and the concept behind it, established Simon Sinek as one of the pre-eminent thinkers on leadership strategy and passionate work around the world. The Growth Faculty says that Sinek's "simple yet profound concept" around establishing your why: "What's your purpose? What's your cause? What's your belief? Why does your organisation exist?" sets apart the inspired individuals and organisations from the rest.
