APVMA calls for comments on proposed approval of Bayer herbicide

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) has called for public comments on its proposed approval for Bayer’s Crop Science division’s herbicide, Mateno Complete (aclonifen 400 g/litre + pyroxasulfone 100 g/litre + diflufenican 66 g/litre). It would be the first approval for an aclonifen-based product. The APVMA recommended approval of the active ingredient last year.
