Bayer wins second glyphosate trial in California court

A jury in the US Superior Court of California County of San Bernardino has concluded that Bayer legacy company’s glyphosate-based Roundup herbicide did not cause cancer in a plaintiff who filed a suit against the company. The plaintiff, Donnetta Stephens, was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which she attributed to 17 years of spraying Roundup twice a week in her yard. But the jury disagreed with her claim.
