So, here we are at the start of 2016. Were you one of those people who last year 'committed' to improving your business; enhancing customer service or following through with changes to internal processes? Funny how quickly time flies, and probably some of us are realising not a whole lot has changed, even though we promised that it would. But it's still Q1; no need to panic. We can't change what's happened in the past, but we can push for a better tomorrow, and right now is the perfect time to stop looking at your business through rose-tinted glasses.
