LEADERS ON THE MOVE

Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency (WREDA) has announced the appointment of Dave Gibson to the board of directors. Gibson is founder and former CEO of the Gibson Group production company, and current CEO of the New Zealand Film Commission. Carol Gernhoefer has joined the Auckland Observatory and Planetarium Trust board, due to the retirement of David Hosking, who has been a member of the Stardome board for 15 years. Gernhoefer is a chartered accountant with international experience working for large firms in New Zealand, the UK, and Japan. She has held board positions at not-for-profit organisations including Independent Living Service and the Auckland War Memorial Museum.
