Training the trainers

I'm often asked why I started PT Mentor. There are so many business coaches offering cross-industry advice in New Zealand, why does the fitness sector need special attention? Less than ten years ago I was a management consultant in FMCG. On the off-chance, I applied for a personal trainer (PT) training course via a newspaper ad, and that was it. I've never looked back. But I was fortunate because I've been able to apply some valuable systems and strategies from my previous career to being a PT - but it would've been great if I'd had someone who'd been through a similar transition and understood the many and varied challenges I was facing.
