Bayer suspends “non-essential” investments in Russia and Belarus

Bayer has stopped all investments not related to the supply of basic agriculture and healthcare products in Russia and Belarus amid the former’s continued invasion of Ukraine. The decision includes indefinite suspension of capital investment projects, suspension of advertising and other promotional activities, and curbing the import of agricultural products from the two countries.
