Brazil court tells Bayer to deposit soy patent royalties into escrow

The expiry came on March 3rd, 2018. The provisional ruling involves a case concerning royalties due to the patent on Monsanto’s genetically modified glyphosate- tolerant and insect-resistant Intacta RR2 Pro (MON87701xMON89788) soybeans.
