The estimation of radioactivity induced in concrete shielding is important for the decommissioning of accelerator facilities. Concentrations of [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] in the concrete shielding of an electron linear accelerator were measured, and the depth distributions of [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] -ray emitters were discussed in relation to their formation reactions.
