Four firms doing due diligence on Poland's Huta Stall Czestochowa mill

Four foreign companies have been permitted to conduct due diligence for one week on the Huta Stall Czestochowa (HSC) mill, its CEO Jerzy Brodecki said on July 23. The potential bidders are U.S Steel Capital Corp., Global Infrastructure Holding from India's Ispat Group, LNM Holding NV registered in the Dutch Antilles and Ukraine's Industrial Union of Donbas. Brodecki said the offers received after completion of due diligence will be analyzed and parallel talks will be conducted with all four bidders.
