Canada's Compliance Energy Corp. gets first contract

Compliance Energy Corporation said it has been awarded its first coal supply contract for its new coal mine located near Princeton, British Colombia, Canada. The contract is for the total supply of thermal coal to one plant of a leading, but unnamed, cement producer in BC. Trial shipments were tested by this plant last December and the coal met expectations, we are hopeful that the satisfaction with quality and service will lead to sales contracts with other plants of the company. In addition, Compliance says it has also been approved by another major cement producer to start transporting a bulk sample of clean coal to their facility for test burning.
