Beaver Toyota/Scion, Santa Fe, N.Mex., invested in a $10,000 tire wear-detection system so customers can clearly see the wear on their tires. "Customers love to see the printout," says service manager Paul Sandaval. Most customers opt for the $54.95 alignment.
