It's about the kids

Last month, I had the privilege of hosting a child passenger safety event at my dealership in Lawrence, Kans. It was one of thousands of such events held at dealerships throughout the country this year, though many of these are conducted during September, which NADA has named "Child Passenger Safety Month" to coincide with back-to-school time. Since 2003, NADA has partnered with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a campaign, called "Boost for Safety: Give Kids a Lift for Life," to educate dealers, parents, and children in proper booster seat use and help ensure kids are riding safely in automobiles.
