NADA Industry Relations GM chairman Mike Martin told GM execs at the quarterly IR meeting that while dealers still have serious concerns about the basic fairness of GM's Standards for Excellence (SFE) bonus program, the committee decided to let the SFE subcommittee of the national dealer council work through some of the key issues and make its own recommendations to the automaker.
