摘要

Mice of the C57BL/6J and DBA/2J strains were given intraperitoneal injections of bromocryptine (5 mg/kg body weight), sulpiride (10 mg/kg) or alaptide (1 mg/kg), and were subjected to open-field behaviour tests. The effect of each dopaminergic agentdiffered somewhat between strains, some differences being significant, indicating the presence of strain differences in dopaminergic function.
