The jump inland US prices is expected to filter through to cfr levels on the east coast and in turn to fob levels from Russia. Current offers around $310/t cfr US are equivalent to $260- 270/t fob Black Sea/Baltic, but are likely to be withdrawn and prices up to $330-350/t cfr posted instead.
