Prices continued to climb sharply this week, as traders vied to secure tonnes. Early in the reporting week, a 30,000t cargo of prilled urea was sold by a trader at $340/t fob equivalent, for March shipment to a Central American buyer. By the end of the week, following the price jump in Indone- sia, indications had climbed to $350-360/t fob, largely driven by expectations of an Indian tender.
