Mechel extends coking coal supply agreement with Baosteel until 2019

Russia’s Mechel extended the contract for coking coal supply with Baosteel Resources, a China Baowu Steel subsidiary,until 2019.The contract covers the period from July 2018 to June 2019. The Russian holding will supply some 700,000 t of premium-grade coking coal, including 40,000 tpm from Yakutugol. The prices will be set on a monthly basis.
