Compacted and granular amsul prices rose to $450-485/t cfr Brazil, framed by sales across the week. A trader sold 8,000t of Chinese compacted amsul at $450/t cfr Brazil from a foating cargo late last week. This was fol- lowed in midweek by sales at $470-485/t cfr Brazil, which included an 8,000t lot sold at $470/t cfr Brazil from a foat- ing cargo and two lots of 3,000-5,000t sold at $475-485/t cfr Brazil from fresh cargoes for March-April shipment.
