When most of us think of selling, we think of asking someone if they want to buy something or being asked if we want to buy something. Most people don't go into the wine 'business because of their love of selling. But, it is as much a part of the wine business as growing grapes and making wine. Selling starts long before visitors come in the door of your winery. After all, what brought visitors to your winery to start with? What was it about your marketing that appealed to them?
