The GCC billet market is witnessing some revival of business activity as buyers from the UAE and Saudi Arabia are willing to restock. Although preference has been given to regional origin so far, CIS suppliers might also join the campaign.despite the still challenging local rebar segment, UAE billet buyers are in the market to replenish their stocks. However, market players are quite cautious in closing deals, taking into account the downward trend developing in the segment.
