China to establishes strategic reserves of crude oil, uranium, coal and Cu in 2006-2010

The Ministry of Land and Resources of China (MOL) said in a tatement published on its website that China is to speed up establishing strategic reserves of crude oil, uranium, coal, copper and other important mineral resources during the Eleventh Five Year Program Period(2006-2010).
