Jilin Jien Nickel Co., Ltd., Chinese No.2 nickel producer, on December 12 signed investment contract with Canadian CVMR and Guangdong Huachuang Co., Ltd to introduce capitals of the two companies to improve its ownership structure. Under the tens, CVMR and Guangdong Huachuang will respectively inject 60 million yuan into Jilin Jien and become shareholders of Jilin Jien, which will enable Jilin Jien's total asset increase to 320 million yuan its financial strength will be promoted.
