The oil and gas sector is constantly changing with new inventions and ideas to lower costs of extraction and increase overall profits. Often, these ideas are complex and involve multiple parties to imagine, create, test, and implement. When multiple parties are involved, each person generally looks out for their own best interest which may lead to disputes in court.
