Henan Yichuan Electric Power Group(Yichuan county, subordinated to Luoyang city of Henan province)) is forging its industrial chain of coal-carbon-electric power-primary aluminum-aluminum semis and it expects to have capacity of 1,124 MW electricity, 400.000tpy primary aluminum and aluminum alloys, 200,000tpy carbon, 2,0 million tpy coal and 200.000tpy aluminum semis, expand its total asset to 12 billion yuan(USD1.45 billion) and realize 13 billion yuan of sales by the end of 2005.
