The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) has submitted comments to the Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave on the state’s preliminary draft regulations on its Paid Family and Medical Leave Law (MGL c.175M, as added by St. 2018, c.121). The state provided stakeholders with the opportunity to provide early input on the preliminary draft regulations before the Department publishes proposed regulations on March 29, 2019.
