Premium processing has resumed for H-1B petitions filed on or before December 21, 2018, with special instructions for those who received transfer notices or requests for evidence. As of February 19, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has resumed premium processing for all H-1B petitions filed on or before December 21, 2018. Those who received a transfer notice for a pending H-1B petition, and who are requesting premium processing service, must submit the premium processing request to the service center now handling the petition, USCIS said. A copy of the transfer notice should be included with the premium processing request to avoid possible delays associated with the receipt of the premium processing request.
