The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Recycling & Litter Prevention (ODNR-DRLP) plans to conduct a statewide litter study during two seasons, fall (dry) and spring (wet). This study will be approved as two different phases. The applicant will submit a detailed proposal for each phase of the project. ODNR-DRLP will approve the consultant for each phase. The performance for the work of the individual phases must be completed within the time frames of Nov. 1, for the first phase and no later than June 1, 2004, for the second phase. The budget for this project is 100,000 dollars.
