The humanized anti-interleukin-36 receptor monoclonal antibody spesolimab demonstrated strong efficacy results with an attractive safety profile in patients with generalized pustular psoriasis, according to a study.“Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a life-threatening condition in which the entire body can be covered with sterile pustules,” Mark G.
