In this issue of Blood, Hirsch and colleagues demonstrate that granulocyte- colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) mobilization does not induce chromosomal aneuploidy or changes in allelic replication timing in healthy donors. This important negative study provides reassurance to the hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) community.
