Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Board recommends more than $37 million in recreation development grants, land acquisitions in December 2020

Access to Michigan's great outdoors has become increasingly important as COVID-19 has shifted how we gather and recreate. With many indoor facilities closed, many Michiganders have taken advantage of the state's trails, waterways, and parks. Over the last 44 years, Michigan's oil and gas industry, through the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, has worked to further that access to public outdoor recreation for all to enjoy.
