￡355m Hull project finally underway

Balfour Beatty is finally starting work on a much-delayed ￡355m design and build project for Highways England to improve connections between Hull's docks and the city centre. When the company was awarded an early contractor involvement deal for the project in 2014, its contract was ￡75m and the project cost was estimated at between ￡129m and ￡192m.
