Prequalification has begun for Highways England's new National Spatial Planning Framework. The ￡67.5m framework involves working with regional and local planning authorities, local highway/transport authorities, public transport providers and developers on traffic, safety and environmental impacts to the strategic road network. Interested companies have until noon on 27 July to express an interest.
