A seamless transition for China Resources Snow Breweries

China Resources Snow Breweries, which produces Snow beer, the world’s larg- est beer brand by volume, is embark- ing on an ambitious production capac- ity optimisation programme that involves merging its smaller breweries and building large modern super-breweries to increase production efficiency and improve the quality of its beers. Wholly-owned by Hong Kong-listed China Resources Beer (Holdings) Co, that is 51.67 per cent owned by CRH (Beer), in which China Resources Enterprise has a 60 per cent sharehold- ing and Heineken Brouwerijen B.V. holds a 40 per cent stake, Snow Breweries operates 74 breweries across China.
