FVA report: STplus -a new EDP program for the calculation of involute cylindrical gears

Up to now existing programs for the calculation of cylindrical gears are either software for sciencewhich offers only a moderate operating comfort or commercial programs which admittedly offer ahigher operating comfort but on the other hand do not have so many calculation possibilities. In thispaper of the FVA research project No.241 a program for the calculation of cylindrical gears ispresented which offers both a large scope of performances and a high operating comfort.
