Voice4Net late last year launched RTC Client, a WebRTC-based contact center solution that allows for ease of customization and implementation. RTC Client provides a widget-based GUI and has drag-and-drop elements that can be used to populate the agent desktop as needed. And it can be easily integrated into legacy contact centers by dealers and integrators. Voice4Net sells contact center and customer interactive solutions for enterprises, SMBs, utilities, municipalities and other organizations. It delivers these solutions through a network of dealers and integrators across the country.
