GLOBAL MARKET AND MANGANESE ALLOYS EXPORT OUTLOOK IN UKRAINE

SiMn exports from ukraine grew by 15% q-o-q in q2 2018 (up 20% y-o-y). Supplies to all destinations increased:to europe (+7%; +12%), turkey (+14%; -15%), the Middle east (+55%; 3.3 times). exports of FeMn declined by18% (37% y-o-y), partly due to shipments of kramatorsk Fp to the uSa being substituted with supplies fromSatka Iron Smelting Works (russia). Strong demand and low production cost of ukrainian alloys will allow toscale up exports in 2018-2019.
